Website Visits
When you visit our website, we use cookies to enable the website to function properly. You can learn more about this in our cookie policy.
Communication with Potential Customers
When you have questions about our website or would like to learn more about our services, you can contact us via:

Through these channels, we will process your personal data to engage in a dialogue with you, such as answering questions about our services. We will only process the information you provide us in the context of our communication.
We will typically process the following common information: name, email, phone number, job title, company name.
Our legal basis for processing this personal data is Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We will delete our stored communication with you no later than six months after our last contact. In special cases, it may be necessary to store your personal data for a longer period of time.
Customers
We need to communicate with our customers to ensure that services are delivered correctly. Through this communication, we may process information such as name, address, services provided, special agreements, payment information, and the like.
The legal basis for processing this personal data is Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Once the service has been delivered and any outstanding payments have been settled, we will delete the personal data immediately.
Newsletter
We offer a newsletter that is voluntary to subscribe to, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
The purpose of the newsletter is to send subscribers emails with new information about products, events, and more.
We will only send you emails if you have given your active consent to do so.
Our legal basis for processing your personal data in connection with the newsletter is Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We will process your personal data as long as you remain subscribed to the newsletter. Upon unsubscribing from the newsletter, we will also stop sending it to you.
Webinars
We regularly host webinars that are voluntary to sign up for, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
The purpose of our webinars is to inspire and share knowledge with our customers and other interested parties.
Our legal basis for processing your personal data in connection with webinars is Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
By registering for a webinar, you also consent to receiving newsletters from us and webinar information from GotoWebinar, the webinar tool we use to host our webinars.
We will process your personal data as long as you remain subscribed to the newsletter.
Accounting
We are required to store all accounting documents in accordance with the Danish Accounting Act. This means that we store invoices and similar documents for accounting purposes. These documents may contain general personal data such as name, address, and service description.
Our legal basis for processing personal data for accounting purposes is Article 6(1)(c) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We will store this information for at least 5 years after the end of the current financial year.
Job Applications
We welcome job applications to assess whether they match a hiring need in our company.
If you send your job application to us, our legal basis for processing your personal data is Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
If you have submitted an unsolicited application, we will immediately assess whether your application is relevant and then delete your information if there is no match.
If you have submitted an application for an advertised job, we will dispose of your application immediately after the right candidate has been found for the job.
Data Processors
No one can do everything on their own, and that includes us. Therefore, we have partners and use suppliers, some of whom may be data processors.
External suppliers may, for example, provide systems for organizing our work, services, consulting, IT hosting, or marketing.
It is our responsibility to ensure that your personal data is processed properly. Therefore, we have high demands on our partners, and our partners must guarantee that your personal data is protected.
Disclosure of Personal Information
We do not disclose your personal information to third parties.
Third Country Transfers
We primarily use data processors located in the EU/EEA or who store data in the EU/EEA.
In some cases, this is not possible, and in such cases, data processors outside the EU/EEA may be used if they can provide adequate protection for your personal data.
Data processing security
We ensure the security of personal data processing by implementing appropriate technical and organizational measures.
We have carried out risk assessments of our personal data processing and have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to increase processing security.
One of our most important measures is to keep our employees up-to-date on the GDPR through ongoing awareness training, GDPR courses, and by reviewing our GDPR procedures with employees.

You have a number of rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in relation to our processing of your personal data. If you wish to exercise your rights, please contact us so that we can assist you.
Right of access
You have the right to know whether we are processing personal data about you and, if so, what data is involved. You also have the right to obtain further information about the processing, including the purpose of the processing, the recipients to whom the data is disclosed and your rights as a data subject.
Right to rectification
If you discover that the personal data we have recorded about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to have it rectified or supplemented.
Right to erasure
In certain situations, you have the right to have the personal data we have recorded about you erased. This applies, for example, if the data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or if you have withdrawn your consent to the processing.
Right to restriction of processing
You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data in certain situations. This means that we can continue to store the data, but we are no longer allowed to use it for other purposes. You may, for example, request restriction of processing if you dispute the accuracy of the data or if you have asked us to erase it while we are investigating your request.
Right to data portability
In certain situations, you have the right to receive the personal data you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to request that we transfer it to another data controller.
Right to object to processing
In certain situations, you have the right to object to our processing of your personal data. This applies, for example, if we are processing your data for direct marketing purposes or for profiling.

If you have given us your consent to process your personal data, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
How you can exercise your rights
If you wish to exercise one or more of your rights, please contact us by sending an email to info@consit.dk.
We will process your request as soon as possible and no later than one month. However, in complex cases or if there are a large number of requests, we may need additional time. In such cases, we will inform you of this and when you can expect a response.
